These fiberglass units have the unique capability to be modified to fit the application, in that it has a built in oil reservoir which typically has a horizontal plate that separates it from the effluent chamber. These two chambers can be divided horizontally or vertically, or combined to fit your system needs. This unit will typically deliver an effluent quality of 10ppm or less of unemulsified oil particles over 30 micron.
With the built in oil skimmer, hopper bottom solids chamber, removable coalescer pak and cover, this unit can easily handle groundwater remediation, compressor condensate, vehicle washwater, tramp oil, parts washers, stormwater, and other industrial wastewater applications.
Oil Water Separator for
Compressor Condesate
This oil water separator is specifically designed to handle air compressor condensate. This separator has NO moving parts and is nearly maintenance free. It’s designed to give turbulent free plug flow for maximum oil water separation. A large turbulence free separation chamber provides sufficient residence time for coalescing gravity separation, and the effluent header design and placement insures maximum residence time for separation.
A large volume, external Activated Carbon Filter polishes the effluent to a sheen-free clean water, but only after most of the separation work has been done by the oil water separator. This easy to change polishing media will provide the peace of mind and final line of defense prior to discharge. Most wastewater districts readily accept water after it has gone through activated carbon filters.Rugged construction, proper selection and a proven design will assure you of a clean discharge, eliminating the concerns of environmental compliance.
